  I prefer this location to the one down the road in South Lansing. This location is usually cleaner, the staff are nicer, and they play better music. I've never had a problem with my order here.

  Came here one night, decided dine in. I see an employee sitting in the lobby starring at me as I got out of my. She walk up to the door as I do. I try to open the door and it's locked. I ask why is the lobby closed so early (the lobby opens until 10pm and it was 8pm when I showed up). And she rudely yells through the door that their short handed and I'd have to go through drive thru, which had a line. Now I've worked fast food and we've never shut something down for being short handed, that's a no go and just pure laziness.

  Probably the worst Taco Bell I have been to and that is saying a lot because we all know how the Cedar st, Lansing Taco Bell is late at night with the long lines! As the only car in drive thru, I shouldn't have to repeat that I want a #9 with a tea... THE SIMPLEST ORDER! She asked me if my screen was correct... All it had was the tea. I had to tell her to put the #9 on there, after I had just repeated myself TWICE. Got to the window and had to request the sauce... After, she shut her window on me and I drove away not realizing she never gave me my drink. I didn't have time to turn around and get it since I was on lunch break and had to be back to work... So all in all, that just frustrates me even more! I don't usually complain since I was a manager at McDonald's, I know there are mistakes being made here and there but I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN DRIVE THRU AND CLEARLY THIS EMPLOYEE WASN'T FOCUSING ON HER CUSTOMER which is not the first time I've had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. They were probably sitting there goofing off with other employees to focus on the customer at hand. THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS WHAT CONTRIBUTES TO YOUR PAYCHECK. REMEMBER THAT BECAUSE YOU ARE COMPLETELY FAILING AT THIS.
